He endowed with extraordinary ability in anticipating the industry trends, client’s aspirations and technological advancements, which position the organization to capitalise on emerging opportunities. He is always willing to step outside the comfort zones, experiment with new approaches and adopt new technology and techniques for effective delivery of services towards the client’s contentment. 

Prasad has widespread experience in performing commercial and contract administration activities on large scale hotel and mixed-use projects, dispute resolution processes of major airport developments, advising on project change control process and preparing pre-contract estimates, cost plans and preparation of prolongation cost claims for various types of developments within the Middle Eastern Region.
