The company was founded in year 2017 based in kurunegala, Sri Lanka by the Chartered Quantity Surveyor Prasad Dissanayaka, with the vision of offering professional consultancy services to the outstation clients, since majority of the firms are operated from Colombo, Sri Lanka.

However, gradually this objective has expanded to serve the island wide and global clients who are based in UK, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman and Australia.
