Thilina Nanayakkara is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Commercial & Contracts Specialist with 19 years of experience in the construction industry, including solid Gulf experience across KSA, Qatar and the UAE, as well as experience in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

His experience spans commercial and contract management, quantity surveying, cost consultancy, procurement, contract administration, variations, claims and dispute resolution, covering a diverse portfolio of building and civil engineering projects.

Having worked with leading international construction and consultancy organisations, Thilina brings a strong combination of technical expertise, commercial insight and strategic thinking. He is committed to providing practical, independent and commercially focused solutions that support informed decision-making, effective project delivery and long-term client value.

He holds MRICS, AIQSSL, an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, and a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
