Madhurangi is the chief financial officer of the Business, having more than 15 years’ experience in various finance sectors in Sri Lanka and UAE.

As part of an executive management team, she is having interaction with various members of the company, both senior and junior levels. Her primary functions are;

• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Directing the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and members of the executive management team.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reports.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.
